5. All other expenses of procuring the prize, including travel and taxes will have to be borne exclusively by the winners. Yahoo! India will not bear any costs
6. The three winners will be selected by an independent panel of judges appointed by Yahoo! India. The decision of these judges shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Contest.
7.Under no circumstances will cash be given in lieu of the prize. The prize may be transferred only with the written consent of Yahoo! India.
8. Yahoo! India shall be at full liberty to use the name and photographs of the winners for purposes of media coverage, advertisements, publicity and for being put on Yahoo! India Mobile (http://in.mobile.yahoo.com) without the payment of any consideration to these winners.
